Processing
Every order is prepared and dispatched within one to two business days. Because each kit is produced in limited numbers, we take the time to inspect it once more before it leaves us — a final check that has nothing to do with speed and everything to do with care.
Delivery
Within Europe, most orders arrive within three to six business days of dispatch. Further afield, international delivery typically takes seven to fourteen business days, depending on destination and local customs processing. A tracking link is included with every order, so you'll always know exactly where your kit is on its way to you.
Customs & Duties
For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties or local taxes may apply on arrival, and are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country, and we're unable to predict the exact amount — but we're always happy to help if you have questions before you order.
Arrival
Every kit is shipped the way it's meant to be received: boxed, not bagged, with the wing mark on the lid and the shirt folded on tissue beneath it. It is, in a small way, the first impression of the piece — and we treat it as such.
