Processing & Shipping

All EDRISI orders are shipped from Sweden.

Orders are normally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information.

During periods of high order volume, such as launches or holidays, processing times may occasionally take a little longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been shipped:

Sweden: 1–3 business days
Europe: 4–9 business days
International: 5–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier and customs processing.

Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide from Sweden.

Shipping options and the exact shipping cost for your destination are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free shipping is available on orders over 1,000 SEK.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active after your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.

These charges are determined by the destination country and, unless otherwise stated at checkout, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure that your shipping information is complete and correct when placing your order.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Delayed or Undelivered Orders

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or circumstances outside our control.
