30 Days
You have thirty days from delivery to return a kit that isn't quite what you expected. The piece should be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original box — folded the way it arrived, wing facing up.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we inspect it carefully before processing your refund to the original payment method. This isn't a formality — it's the same attention we give the kit before it ever leaves our hands, applied once more on its way back.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size instead? We're glad to exchange it, provided the size you need is still available. Because each nation is produced in a fixed, limited run, we'd suggest reaching out as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the kit arrived faulty or not as described — in which case, it's entirely on us.
