14-Day Returns

We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To request a return, please contact us at info@edrisi.se with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Personalized Products

Products that have been customized specifically for you may not be eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind.

This includes products with customer-selected personalization such as names, numbers, text or other custom elements.

Please carefully review your customization before placing your order.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights in cases where the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@edrisi.se. Include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue.

We will review the case and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are handled in accordance with the applicable return conditions and your statutory consumer rights.
